Shri. P. RAJA RAO, Founder Chairman
Sri. P. Raja Rao is the proud Chairman and Founder of Prathyusha Engineering College under the Prathyusha Educational Trust since 2001 which stands 5th among 497 Engineering affiliated Colleges and 95% placement for its students. He has been a visionary in developing and educating students residing in rural areas in and around Tamil Nadu. He always strives to impart world class education to the students through excellent infrastructure, experienced team of faculty and Principal.
He is always inclined towards the progress of students in various verticals in their career and has encouraged meritorious students by awarding cash awards amounting to around 40 lakhs per year to the excelling students titled “ Sri Sivaramayya Meritorious Award”. He is a benevolent leader exhibiting his leadership skills and success by motivating the faculty members by awarding them with cash awards for the best performers. He has instituted various initiatives towards the welfare of the staff during festival and important occasions. He has been generous enough to sponsor faculty for higher studies and for presentations in International Conferences.
He has encouraged and inspired students to begin startups with a nominal seed grant in all the Engineering disciplines. He is optimistic in promoting new and modern techniques with infrastructure for the career development of the students.
With all these initiatives he was being recognized by AICTE and Times of India Group for his efforts towards education and was awarded the Edupreneur Award 2012.
He plays a key role in connecting the students with the alma mater. He also recognizes the alumni and appreciates them for their drastic growth in their career and ensures that there is continuous association with them. He was very much concerned about the future education of students abroad and hence progressed towards accreditation by NAAC and NBA. He has installed research facilitated Centers of Excellence enabling students to build projects and incubations, vast three storeyed digital library and around 60000 physical volumes of books. He has also encouraged awardees of National Level Project Design contests with huge cash awards. He has enabled digitized learning with well equipped smart rooms and seminar halls for interactive learning.
He has not stopped yet. He is investigating and implementing new methodologies to elevate the college to greater heights for better visibility of students in their career

Smt. P.Prathyusha, the present Chief Executive Officer of PEC plays a key role in establishing a hall mark for Prathyusha Engineering College. She is a Commerce graduate and finished her Masters in Management Studies from the prestigious Great Lakes Institute of Management, Chennai. Further, she had been well-groomed by our Chairman in educational administration.
She ensures the facilitation of Engineering Education to the students hailing from rural areas by exposing them to new technical challenges that enables them to progress through quality and skill based education, in the global competition. She also assures to facilitate such a challenging environment inside our campus for holistic development among the students. She envisions the students development through practical learning with an effective mentoring system blended with experienced and qualified fraternity of faculty and state-of-the-art infrastructure
