SAE Bicycle Design Challenge Final

The SAE Bicycle Design Challenge (BDC) Final, hosted by the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) India Southern Section, on 27th & 28th September 2025, was a proud milestone that reflected PEC’s vision of combining technology, sustainability, and education.

A Celebration of Creativity and Innovation

The event, held at the PEC campus, brought together bright young school students eager to test their engineering skills and creativity. This unique challenge provided a platform for students to design and develop bicycles that are sustainable, eco-friendly, and efficient.

Graced by industry experts and academic leaders, the program created an atmosphere of learning, exploration, and inspiration for the next generation of innovators.

Adding to the prestige of the occasion, Shri. P. Raja Rao, Founder & Chairman of Prathyusha Engineering College, presided over the function. He was joined by Shri. P. Charan Teja, Vice-Chairman, Smt. P. Prathyusha, CEO, along with Dr. R. S. Kumar, Principal, Dr. P. L. N. Ramesh, Dean (A&A), and Smt. S. Hymavathy, Director (P&T), whose presence highlighted the strong leadership and commitment of PEC in nurturing innovation and academic excellence.
