The college commences its process of mentoring/counselling the students by employing the method of group counselling as well as individual counselling. 20 – 25 students are attached to a Mentor (teacher counselor) where the mentor is advised to monitor the regularity of their in attendance and performance of the student in academics. In addition to the above, the mentor is expected to offer counseling human values and core principles of success to the students attached to him/her. General counseling goes on a regular basis and whenever there is any need a special counseling is conducted with HOD and Principal. Records are maintained by the respective mentors.
The college invites experts in the field and arranges several special lectures and orientation programmes to promote mental health, suicide prevention, and emotional resilience and wellness throughout the campus community.
